Anna 360 Design is a one-person web and UI design practice operating out of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, run by Rahul Singh as a sole proprietor. We work with founders, creators, and small teams who want a website or interface that actually reflects their work — not a template, not a copy of someone else's brand, and not a deck full of empty promises.
The studio began with a simple observation: most small businesses, freelancers, and early-stage founders end up with websites that fall into one of two camps. Either they're built from a generic template that looks the same as a thousand others, or they're outsourced to large agencies where the brief gets diluted, timelines stretch, and costs balloon.
Anna 360 Design was set up to sit between those two extremes — a small, independent practice that brings agency-grade thinking and craft to projects that would normally be priced out of it. The "360" in the name refers to looking at a project from every angle: how it reads, how it works, how it feels, how it performs, and how easy it will be for the client to live with it after we hand it over.
We don't aim to be the biggest studio. We aim to be the one whose work you'd point to when someone asks where you got your site done. The roster is kept deliberately small so each project gets the time it deserves, and the pricing is kept transparent so there are no awkward conversations later.
This page exists so anyone considering working with us can read — in plain language — exactly how we operate, what we believe, what we use, and what we will and will not promise. If something here resonates, get in touch. If not, that's also useful information.
Anna 360 Design is a one-person practice. Every brief, every design call, every line of copy on this site, and every invoice you'll receive comes from Rahul Singh — designer, developer, and sole proprietor of the studio.
The studio is operated as a sole proprietorship in his name in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. There are no other staff, no outsourced sub-contractors, and no white-label partners working under the Anna 360 Design brand. When you email or call, you reach Rahul directly. When you sign a contract, you sign with Rahul Singh trading as Anna 360 Design.
This is deliberate. A studio that stays small means the person who pitched the project is also the person doing the work, and the person you can hold accountable for it.
A site that says what it does in five seconds is more valuable than one that requires explanation. We start with the message and let the design serve it — not the other way around.
Every quote is fixed in writing before work begins. No hidden charges, no sudden "scope creep" surprises. If something is outside scope, we tell you up-front and quote it separately.
We design for the visitor, not for the client's boss or for design awards. Every choice is checked against a simple question: does this help the person on the other side of the screen?
A site you can't update yourself is a liability. We build on platforms you can manage, document the things you'll need to know, and don't lock you in.
We don't promise traffic, sales, conversion rates, or rankings. We promise considered design, clear communication, and work delivered on time as agreed.
You'll talk to the same person from the first email to the last handover. No account managers, no juniors quietly doing the actual work. Just one practitioner, accountable end-to-end.
We focus on a deliberately narrow set of services, because depth beats breadth when it comes to design. Here's what falls inside our circle of competence — and what we honestly don't do.
Custom backend engineering, mobile app development, motion graphics, video production, performance marketing, paid ads management, and SEO services beyond basic on-page setup. If a project needs any of these, we're happy to recommend trusted partners — but we don't pretend to do them ourselves.
It starts with a message — through the contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp. Share what you have: a brief, a link to your existing site, a rough idea, or just a sentence about what you're trying to do. Even a half-formed thought is fine; that's part of what the next stage clarifies.
A short call (typically 30 minutes, on Google Meet or WhatsApp) to understand the project properly — your audience, your goals, what's worked and what hasn't, what your timeline looks like, and what success would mean. This is the conversation that prevents misalignment later.
After the call, a written brief is shared back to you summarising what was discussed and confirming any assumptions.
Within one to two business days of the call, you'll receive a formal proposal with a fixed price, a deliverable list, a payment schedule, and an estimated timeline. This is binding once accepted — no surprise add-ons later.
Once approved, a simple service agreement is signed and a 50% advance is invoiced to begin work.
Before any pixels are pushed, we look at your competitors, your existing brand assets, and references you find inspiring. Two or three early direction concepts are then presented — these are mood-board level, focused on tone, type, and palette, not finished pages.
You pick a direction (or combine elements of several), and we lock the visual language for the rest of the project.
Pages are designed in Figma based on the agreed direction. Drafts are shared at agreed milestones — typically one or two key pages first, then the full site once those are approved. Each milestone includes feedback rounds within the agreed scope.
We work in the open: you can see progress in Figma anytime, leave comments directly on the file, and reply async on WhatsApp or email.
Once designs are approved, we build the site on the agreed platform — typically WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or hand-coded HTML for landing pages. This stage includes responsive behaviour for mobile and tablet, basic on-page SEO setup, contact form integration, and analytics.
You'll get a staging link to review before anything goes live.
Final checks across browsers and devices, copy proofread, links tested, forms verified. After your sign-off and final payment, the site is deployed to your domain. A short handover call walks you through how to update content, where to find what, and what to do if something breaks.
You also get the source files (Figma, plus any code or CMS access) so you fully own what's been built.
After launch, you can choose to handle updates yourself or come back for additional changes at an hourly rate. We don't push expensive monthly retainers — most clients only need us for occasional updates, and that's perfectly fine.
Tools should serve the work, not the other way around. Here's what we typically reach for, but we're happy to work with whatever your team already uses.
We do our best work with clients who share a few common traits. If this sounds like you, we'll likely be a good match.
Early-stage founders launching a product, service, or personal brand who need a serious-looking presence without an enterprise budget.
Businesses of 2–25 people who've outgrown a template site and want something custom without hiring a 30-person agency.
Writers, photographers, designers, consultants, and other independent professionals who need a portfolio that does justice to their work.
Other small studios who occasionally need an extra pair of hands for overflow design work, on a project-by-project basis.
Pre-Series A startups who need their first marketing site, landing pages for launches, or a polish pass on an existing product UI.
Restaurants, clinics, studios, schools, and other Aligarh-based or India-based businesses who want a website that reflects their care.
We don't make claims about results we can't control. We do make these specific commitments about how we work, every time.
Weekly progress updates on every active project. If something is delayed, you'll hear about it before the deadline, not after.
Once you accept a quote, the price doesn't change unless you ask for additional work. Any extras are quoted separately and only started once you approve them in writing.
On final payment, you receive all source files and full ownership of the design and content. We retain only the right to feature the project in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Your site is built on platforms you can manage independently. If you ever decide to move on, everything is yours to take. No proprietary systems, no monthly fees disguised as "hosting."
If we think a request will hurt the result, we'll say so and explain why. We expect the same from you. The best work comes from clients and designers being direct with each other.
If a project isn't right for our skills, our schedule, or our values, we'll tell you up-front and try to point you to someone better suited. A bad-fit project helps no one.
We operate as an independent practice. Most communication happens async, but we're happy to meet over a call, on WhatsApp, or — for Aligarh clients — in person at our studio address. Replies typically go out within one business day.
If you've read this far, you have a sense of how we work. The next step is a short message — not a commitment. We'll reply within one business day with whether we're the right fit and what working together would look like.
