Everything we get asked, organised by category and answered without marketing spin. If your question isn't listed, just send a message — we'll add it for the next person who wonders the same thing.
If you're new to working with us, start here. These cover the very first steps.
Send a message through the contact form, by email, or on WhatsApp. Share whatever you have — even a one-line idea works. You'll get a real reply within one business day, usually with a quick clarifying question or a suggestion to set up a 30-minute discovery call.
Not at all. Most clients reach out with a rough idea, not a detailed brief. The discovery call is partly there to help you figure out what you actually need. Even a half-formed thought is enough to start a useful conversation.
Almost always within one business day, often the same day if you message during studio hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 IST, Sat 11:00–16:00). If 24 hours pass with no reply, please assume something went wrong and resend, or try a different channel.
Yes — completely free. The first message exchange, the 30-minute discovery call, the written brief, and the formal proposal are all free with no obligation. You only pay if you accept the proposal and want to proceed.
No. After our reply, the conversation is in your hands. We don't send "just checking in" emails, don't run automated sequences, and don't add you to any mailing lists. If you want to come back to it later — even months later — your enquiry is still on file.
For a rough ballpark, just a few lines about: what you're building, roughly how many pages or screens, your timeline, and your existing brand status (do you have a logo, fonts, copy?). That's enough for us to point you to the right package and a likely price range. A precise quote requires the full brief.
For Aligarh-based clients, yes — we're happy to meet at our studio (22, Budha Vihar Colony, Aligarh) or at a nearby café. Please email or WhatsApp ahead so we can confirm a time. For everyone else, we work async or over Google Meet calls — no in-person meeting is needed to get started.
What we do, what we don't, and how to know which service fits you.
Four core services: Custom Website Design, Landing Page Design, UI Design for Apps, and Design Audit & Refresh. Plus add-ons like logo basics, blog setup, e-commerce, multilingual support, and custom illustration. Full details on the Services page.
We're upfront about this so you don't have wrong expectations. We don't do: custom backend engineering, mobile app development, motion graphics, video production, performance marketing or paid ads management, ongoing SEO services beyond basic on-page setup, or copywriting beyond minor refinements. For these, we can recommend trusted partners.
For most marketing websites and landing pages, yes — typically built on WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or hand-coded HTML. For larger custom web applications, we focus on design and provide developer-ready Figma files for your engineering team to build from.
Yes, for small stores up to about 25 products on WooCommerce or Shopify. For larger stores with complex inventory, multi-variant products, or custom logistics, we typically refer to specialised e-commerce agencies who do that full-time.
Not as a primary service. We can help refine and edit copy you provide, suggest structural improvements, and write small bits like button labels and form placeholders. For full copywriting, we recommend bringing in a copywriter — we're happy to suggest some.
Hosting and domain registration stay in your name and your account — we don't mark these up or resell them. We can recommend reliable providers (like Hostinger, Cloudflare, or platform-native hosting on Webflow/Framer) and help with initial setup, but the accounts and ongoing payments are yours.
We offer "logo & brand basics" as an add-on — a simple wordmark or logo, primary colour palette, and font selection, suitable for early-stage brands. For full multi-touchpoint brand identity systems (style guides, packaging, print, etc.), a dedicated brand studio is a better fit.
For most small businesses with 3–6 pages (home, about, services, contact, plus maybe a portfolio or blog), the Studio package starting at ₹39,999 is the right fit. For a single-page presence or simple landing page, Starter at ₹14,999 works. For larger sites or product UI, Bespoke starting at ₹89,999.
How projects move from first message to launch.
Most projects take between 2 and 6 weeks from kick-off to delivery, depending on scope. Starter (single page) is typically 7–10 days. Studio (full website) is typically 3–4 weeks. Bespoke (larger sites, UI systems) is typically 4–10 weeks. Full timeline on the Process page.
Honestly, sometimes — but rarely by much, and never silently. Estimated timelines are good-faith estimates based on typical projects, not guarantees. If something will run late on our side, we tell you before the deadline (not after) and confirm a new date. Most projects deliver within or very close to the original window.
If we're waiting on your feedback, content, or sign-off, the timeline pauses on our side. We'll re-confirm dates when work resumes. Significant delays (more than a couple of weeks) may push your project to the back of the queue — we'll always discuss this with you before doing so.
Sometimes, depending on scope and our current workload. Rush projects (significantly faster than standard timelines) typically incur a 25% rush fee, agreed transparently in writing before work begins. Quality and revision rounds remain the same — only the speed changes.
Depends on our queue. We typically have 1–2 active projects at a time, so we may have a 1–3 week wait before we can start something new. We'll always tell you the realistic start date in the proposal — never promise an immediate start we can't honour.
Everything happens in Figma — you'll have view access to the project file from day one. You can see designs as they develop, leave comments directly on the file, and check progress whenever you want. We also send weekly progress notes by email summarising what was done that week.
Absolutely — share Figma access with as many reviewers as you like. The only thing we ask is that one person consolidates feedback into a single round, rather than us getting conflicting comments from multiple stakeholders. This protects everyone's time.
Honest answers about how we price and how you pay.
Because every project is slightly different. The starting price reflects a typical scope at the lower end of that package. If your project needs more pages, more complexity, or any add-ons, the final quote will be higher — but that quote is fixed in writing before you commit.
No — not unless you ask for additional work outside the agreed scope. If you do ask for extras during the project, we quote them separately and only start them after you approve in writing. The original scope remains at the agreed price.
A 50% advance is required to begin work. Once paid, your project is scheduled and design begins. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery and launch. For larger Bespoke projects, we sometimes split into three or four milestone payments instead.
For Indian clients: UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, Razorpay (cards/netbanking), and cheque. For international clients: SWIFT wire transfer, Wise, Stripe (cards), and PayPal on request. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.
No — all listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Indian clients are invoiced with GST as per current rates. International clients are typically zero-rated as export of services, subject to applicable rules. A formal GST invoice is issued for every payment.
No advertised discounts or fake "sale" pricing. Our prices are set based on what the work actually takes — there's no inflated "list price" with a discount on top. We do offer slightly reduced rates for genuinely non-profit organisations, NGOs, and student-run initiatives, decided case-by-case.
For larger Bespoke projects, we can split payments into three or four milestone instalments instead of two — agreed in writing in the proposal. We don't currently offer EMI or third-party financing; payments are direct between you and us.
We charge for design work — not for business outcomes. Some agencies sell pricing tied to outcome promises like "double your traffic" or "10× your conversions." We don't, because business outcomes depend on dozens of factors outside design (your offer, audience, traffic source, market conditions). What we do commit to is delivering thoughtful design work, on time, at the price agreed.
How feedback rounds and scope changes are handled.
Depends on the package: Starter includes 2 rounds, Studio includes 3 rounds, Bespoke includes 4 rounds. A "round" is a consolidated set of feedback from your side — not individual emails. We make all the requested changes in one go, then send back for review.
One round = one consolidated feedback set from your side, addressing all the changes you want for that milestone. So "change the hero copy, swap the colour, move the form" is one round, not three. Sending feedback piece-by-piece across multiple emails would still count as one round if it's all addressing the same draft.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included number are charged at our hourly rate (₹1,499/hour), tracked transparently and quoted before work begins. In practice, the included rounds are enough for most projects when feedback is consolidated.
That's exactly what revision rounds are for. Tell us specifically what isn't working — vague "I don't love it" feedback is hard to act on; "the hero feels too quiet, the type feels too playful for our serious audience" is actionable. If the direction itself feels wrong, we may suggest stepping back to the direction stage briefly to re-align — better than pushing forward in the wrong direction.
We'll flag it as soon as we notice. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately, agreed in writing, and only started after you approve. Nothing extra ever appears on an invoice without prior written agreement — that's a hard rule, not a marketing line.
Who owns what, contracts, and the legal essentials.
You do. Final delivered design files become your property upon receipt of full payment. You get the Figma source files, code or CMS access in your own account, and full ownership of the design work. There's no ongoing licensing fee or "rental" arrangement.
Yes, by default — Anna 360 Design retains the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and case studies. If you'd prefer we don't, just tell us in writing during the project (or in the contract) and we won't.
Yes — a simple, plain-English service agreement (typically 1–2 pages). It covers the scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, ownership, and cancellation terms. No legalese traps. The full Terms of Service apply alongside.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project. We do not provide warranties of any specific business outcome. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Indian law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. This applies regardless of where the client is located, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
What happens if a project is cancelled at any stage.
If you've paid an advance but no design work has yet begun, you may request a full refund of the advance within 7 days of payment. Just email us with your project reference and refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Once design work has begun, the advance is treated as compensation for time and effort already spent. Refunds for work in progress are considered case-by-case and limited to any unused portion of the advance, as reasonably assessed. You'll receive whatever work has been completed up to that point.
The revision rounds during the project are designed to prevent this — by the time we get to delivery, the work has been reviewed and approved at every milestone. If you're truly unhappy at the end, talk to us; we'll do everything reasonable to make it right within scope. Once final files have been delivered and accepted, the engagement is complete and no refunds are available.
Either party can cancel an ongoing engagement in writing. From our side, we would only do this in extreme cases — e.g. clear breach of agreement, abusive behaviour, or non-payment. If we ever did cancel, you'd receive any unused portion of your advance, plus all work completed up to that point, as a clean handover.
What happens after your site goes live.
Every Studio and Bespoke project includes 2 weeks of bundled post-launch support for any small bugs or issues that surface after the site goes live. After that window, you can use hourly support (₹1,499/hour) for any further updates, or come back for project-based work for larger changes.
No — and we don't push them. Most websites don't need an expensive monthly maintenance plan. We offer hourly support and project-based work as the default, so you only pay for what you actually need. Retainers are available on request if you genuinely want one.
Yes — that's the whole point. Sites are built on platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer) where you can manage content yourself. The handover walkthrough covers how to log in, change content, add posts, and so on. You don't need us for routine updates.
You can, at any point. Because everything is built on platforms you can manage independently, and all source files are in your own accounts, there's nothing locked or proprietary holding you in. We'd just hand over any final docs cleanly and wish you well.
Honest answer: we plan to be, but no studio can guarantee permanence. That's why we deliberately build on mainstream platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and hand over full source files — so even if we weren't around, any competent designer could pick up your project. Your site doesn't depend on us existing.
