You'll receive a real reply from us — not an automated email — usually within one business day, often sooner. We'll either ask a quick clarifying question or suggest a short call.

Days 1–2

Discovery call

If it looks like a fit, we set up a 30-minute call (Google Meet or WhatsApp video). It's a conversation, not a pitch — we listen to what you need before suggesting anything.

Days 2–3

Written proposal

Within 1–2 business days of the call, you'll get a formal proposal with a fixed price, deliverable list, payment schedule, and timeline. No commitment yet — read it, ask questions.

When you're ready

Decide

Take as much time as you need. If you want to proceed, we sign a simple agreement and invoice the 50% advance. If not, no awkward follow-ups — we're just a bookmark away.

03 — Studio location

Find us in Aligarh.

Our studio is in the heart of Aligarh — close to the R.T.O. office at Soot Mill Chauraha and easily reachable from across the city. We work mostly async, but Aligarh-based clients are welcome to drop by for a coffee and a chat.

For studio visits, please email or message ahead so we can make sure someone is around. We don't take walk-ins, just to keep focus on active project work.

We're based in Aligarh (IST · UTC+5:30) and reply during studio hours. Messages sent outside hours are read first thing the next working day.

For international clients, we comfortably overlap with Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the US East Coast (mornings IST). For US West Coast or Australia, async works well — we typically have a same-day reply turnaround in your local working hours.

Before you reach out.

Within one business day for almost every enquiry — often the same day if you message during studio hours. If you haven't heard back in 24 hours, please assume something went wrong and resend, or try a different channel.
No. After our reply, the conversation is in your hands. We don't chase, send "just checking in" emails, or add you to mailing lists. If you want to come back to it later — even months later — your enquiry is still on file.
Not at all. Most clients reach out with a rough idea, not a detailed spec. The discovery call is partly there to help you figure out what you actually need. Even a half-formed thought is enough to start a conversation.
Yes. The first call (typically 30 minutes), the written proposal, and any back-and-forth before you accept it — all free. You only pay if you decide to move forward.
We work on projects of all sizes — a single landing page is just as welcome as a full UI system. If something genuinely isn't a fit (e.g. you need development we don't do), we'll say so honestly and try to point you to someone who can help.
Yes — Aligarh clients are welcome to drop by for a meeting or coffee. Please email or WhatsApp ahead so we can confirm a time. We don't take walk-ins as it interrupts active project work.
Anything that helps us understand the project: what you're building, your audience, references you like, timeline, rough budget. None of it is required — even "I need a website, can we talk?" works. The form has optional fields you can fill if it helps.
